Dear You is an e-commerce gift store operating as individuals under Moroccan law, selling gift boxes, jewelry, and gift cards through dearyou.store.

• Phone number and/or WhatsApp number
• Email address (when provided)
• Delivery address (city, neighbourhood, full address)
• Order details (items, quantities, amounts)

We do not collect payment card data. Cash on Delivery means no financial data passes through our systems.

• Confirm and fulfil your order
• Coordinate delivery with our logistics partner
• Contact you regarding your order status
• Process returns or complaints if applicable

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond order fulfilment without your explicit consent.
